Tahong 1/2 kilo
Garlic minced
Onion chopped
Ginger chopped
Alugbati or malunggay leaves
Aji ginisa flavor
1 cup water
1tspn oil
Pepper to taste
Saute garlic, onion and ginger in a pan with a small amount of oil.Add the tahong and mix with patis, 1cup of water peper and malunggay or alugbati leaves. Simmer for 3minute's and its done .simple, easy an delicious and nutritious
