Canned Mackerel Pasta Recipe

200 grams spaghetti pasta
230 grams mackerel in can
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 large tomatoes, chopped
4 pcs. black olives, sliced
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
AJI-NO-MOTO and Aji-Ginisa (to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
parmesan cheese, for toppings
1. Heat a pot of water to boil (for pasta). Once water has boiled, add spaghetti and cook according to package directions.
2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, add garlic, tomatoes and black olives, sauté for a couple minutes then put-in the mackerel in can. Cooked for another 5 minutes.
3. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO, Aji-Ginisa, salt and pepper.
4. Once pasta is done, remove from heat and drain. Add drained pasta to the pan of cooked mackerel and veggies and cook for about 1 minute. Remove pan from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
5. Serve pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
6. Enjoy hot!
