Baked garlic milkfish

1 pack (7 grams) AJI ginisa flavor seasoning mix 1 large milkfish deboned
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 head garlic crushed
1 bulb onion chopped 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 medium size carrots julienned 1 sachet cheese (45 grams)
Rub the milk fish with 3 tbsp Aji ginisa flavor seasoning mix. Combine garlic, onion, tomatoes, carrots, cheese, black pepper, olive oil and the remaining Aji ginisa seasoning. Mix well then spread it over the milkfish. Cover it with foil. Preheat oven at 180 degrees celcius for 10 minutes. Bake the milkfish for 45 minutes up to 1 hour. Let it cool before transferring it to a serving plate. Share and enjoy this his yummy dish with your family.
