Simple Sardine Noodle Soup

Ingredients
3 CLOVE GARLIC, CHOPPED
1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
1 SILING HABA, CUT THINLY
1 STALK CELERY, CUT HALF INCH
1/2 CUP CAULIFLOWER
1 CUP WATER
1 CAN SARDINES
2 TBSP. COOKING OIL
AJI-NO-MOTO SEASONING
GROUND BLACK PEPPER
3 TBSP. HOISIN SAUCE
2 TBSP. OYSTER SAUCE
3 TBSP. SESAME OIL
2 TBSP. CARROTS,
PEELED AND CUT ABOUT 1 CM.
2 TBSP. SAYOTE,
PEELED AND CUT ABOUT 1 CM.

Directions
Procedure:
1. In a pan Saute onion and garlic, add in all the sauces and season with salt and pepper.
2. Add in cauliflower, carrots, sili and sayote and water. Set aside.
3. Simmer water and add in cooked noodles and add Aji-no-moto. Add in sauce of sardines and wait to simmer til 4 minutes.
4. Grab a bowl, and add in noodles with soup. Take cooked veggies and place on top.
Lastly, put sardines on the side and garlic with siling haba on top.
