Mixed Pasta in Creamy Spinach Sauce

Ingredients
- 350g mixed pasta (liguine, fusilli and shell macaroni)
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ cup bacon bits
- ½ cup crabsticks cut into cubes
- 2 cups cooking cream
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup mushrooms (pieces and stems)
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- pepper to taste
- 1 pack 7g Aji-Ginisa®️
Directions
1. Boil water and cook mixed pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. In a hot pan, add ½ tbsp butter and fry bacon bits until medium brown (you can opt to have it crispy as toppings). Set aside.
3. In the same pan, add ½ tbsp butter and fry garlic in about a minute.
4. Add mushrooms. Continue frying for another minute.
5.Add crabsticks. Continue frying for another minute.
6.Add cream. Mix well for about 30 seconds.
7.Add water. Mix well for about 30 seconds.
8.Add Aji-Ginisa®️ and pepper and mix well.
9.Add spinach and mix well until cooked.
10.Add parmesan until you reach your desired consistency. Add on bacon bits (or you can opt to have it as toppings).
11.Remove from heat and let it sit for at least 2 minutes. Your sauce is now ready!
12.Add to mixed pasta depending on your preference and top with more grated parmesan.
