Aji-Ginataang Kalabasa with Sitaw

Ajinomoto Ginisa Flavor Seasoning Mix
1/8 groundpork
1/2 kilo kalabasa cut into cubes
1/4 sitaw
3 cloves garlic minced
1 small onion minced
1 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk
In a medium heat pan, sauteé the minced onion and garlic.

Add the ground pork, sautee it for 3mins. Then add 1 cup of water. And let it simmer for 3 mins.

Add the Sitaw and Coconut Milk. Let it simmer for 5mins. And the kalabasa and our Ajinomoto Ginasa Flavor Seasoning.
Let it simmer until the sauce will get thickened.

And then voila we have our super tasty and delicious Aji-ginataang Kalabasa with Sitaw.
