Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken pieces

2 sachets of AJI NO MOTO Umami Seasoning

2 tbspvegetable oil

4 clovesgarlic, minced

1 pconion, chopped

1 pcsmall carrot, sliced

2 pcssmall red and green bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

3/4 cup reserved pineapple water

1/2 cup water

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp of water

1 pack 125ml All Purpose Cream
Directions
STEP 1

Season chicken with 1 sachet of Aji No Moto. Sauté in oil. Remove and set aside.

STEP 2

Sauté garlic, onion, carrot, bell peppers, and pineapple in the same pan. Pour water and pineapple water. Add chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.


STEP 3

Season with remaining Aji No Moto and pepper. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce. Pour All Purpose Cream and simmer for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
