Ginisang Touge with Oyster sauce

Aji- Ginisa flavors
Touge 1/2
Garlic minced
Onion chopped
Tokwa 3pcs cut into cubes
Pork 1/8 kilo cut into cubes
Oyster sauce sachet,to taste
Oil small amount
Pepper to taste.
Saute garlic and onion, in a pan with oil
Add the pork and tokwa,fry for 5mins.
When the color turns light brown add the oyster sauce and Aji Ginisa.Add the touge and mix,Simmer for 2mins.add pepper to taste.Nutritious and Delicious recipe.
