Chickentastic and Curryfic Chicken Curry

Ingredients
1/2 kilo Chicken chopped
1 cup Potato chopped
1/2 cup Carrot chopped
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper chopped
1 medium size Onion minced
4 tbsp. Curry Powder
2 tbsp. Oil
1 cup Fresh Coconut Milk
1/4 cup water
1 11g. AJINOMOTO UMAMI SEASONING
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a wok, pour oil and saute chopped potatoes and carrot. Set aside.
2. Saute onion then add the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until brown.
3. Add water to boil and put the curry powder.
4. Then add the fresh coconut milk with AJINOMOTO UMAMI SEASONING to give the best umami taste. Combine the other vegetables and simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Ready to serve with unli rice.
