Special ginisang KAMATIS with eggs

1.One cup of chopped tomatoes .
2. 3 teaspoon of cooking oil.
3. 3 cloves garlic minced.
4. 2 onions finely chopped.
5. 2 eggs beaten.
6. 1 teaspoon of salt.
7. 1 teaspoon of ajinomoto umami seasoning.
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2. Sauté garlic and onion.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes.
4. Add the beaten eggs.
5. Add the salt.
6. Add the ajinomoto umami seasoning.
7. Mix well all ingredients until fully cooked and serve while hot with a cup of hot cooked rice.
