Ginisang Ampalaya with Tokwa at bagoong

2 Cloves Garlic
1 minced Onion
1 tsp.Cooking oil
Bagoong(Shrimp paste)
1/4 Tokwa
Ampalaya sliced thin
Ajinomoto Seasoning/Aji-Ginisa
Heat Pan,pour 1tsp cooking oil and fry Tokwa until become golden brown. Slice and set aside.
On the same pan cook slice garlic and onion until golden brown.
Next put desire amount of bagoong. Cook it until meet the preferred color or taste of the bagoong or shrimp paste.
Next put the Ampalaya or the bitter melon until it cook like a half cook.
Then place some seasoning the salt pepper and of course my favorite Aji-Ginisa Mix for more flavourful dish.
Then top it with the sliced Tokwa,serve it hot and enjoy!
