Togue con tuna

1pack Aji-ginisa, 7 grams 2 cups togue
1 small cabbage
1 piece carrot julienned
1 can tuna in oil
1 piece tomato cubed
1 piece onion chopped 1 piece potato cut in strips
4 cloves garlic minced
1 piece red bell pepper cut into strips
1 piece green bell pepper cut into strips
Ground black pepper to taste
1 1/4 cups cooking oil
Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and garlic, cook for 30 seconds and toss in tomato. Give it a quick stir then add tuna, togue, potato and carrots. Cook for 2 minutes. Next goes bell pepper and cabbage. Season it with black pepper and 1 pack aji-ginisa (7 grams). Cook for 3-5 minutes. Do not over cook for it to be crunchy. Serve and enjoy! I love to have this dish with warm rice and inihaw na bangus. Superb.
