AJI CHICKEN CURRY

Ingredients
AJI-NO-MOTO Umami Seasoning
AJI-NO-MOTO Ginisa Flavor Seasoning Mix
Chicken
5 Cloves of minced Garlic
1 chopped Onion
Ginger ( cut into julliene or according to your choice)
2 Potatoes (cut it according to your choice)
140 ml Coconut Milk or Evaporated Milk
3 tbsp. Curry Powder
2 tbsp. Oil
1 cup of water
Directions
1. In a medium heat wok pan add Oil.
2. Saute Garlic wait until it turns golden brown then add Onion and next is Ginger.
3. Add Chicken and saute it with other ingredients then add Potatoes.
4. Add a pinch of AJI-NO-MOTO Umami Seasoning and/or AJI-NO-MOTO Ginisa Flavor Seasoning Mix.
5. Pour the Water and wait until it boils.
6. Add and stir Curry Powder until it mix and blend well.
7. Add Coconut Milk and wait until Chicken cooks well done.
