Bangus bistek

6 slices bangus
1 medium white onion
2 gloves garlic
Ground black pepper
1 cup water
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
Bangus cut into 6pcs then add 1tsp Ajinomoto seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper, Pan fry bangus on low heat fry until golden brown then set aside.
Remove excess oil and saute sliced onion and garlic for 20 Sec.
Add 1/2 cup soy sauce add 1/4 cup kalamansi juice add 1 cup water and Ajinomoto add black pepper and add 1 tbsp cornstarch mix and continue to cook on low heat and reduce the sauce a bit.
When sauce is reduced you'll notice that it has thickened up a bit.
Then add the fried milkfish add sliced onion rings continue to cook on low heat for another 2minutes. Enjoy and serve.
