Chicken sopas

Aji Ginisa sachet to taste
Inion,garlic cut into sml. piece's
1/4 kilo chicken
5cups water
Soy sauce 2tspn.
Elbow macaroni 1/4 kilo
Evaporated milk 1cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion and garlic to a pan
Add the chicken and let it fry
Add soy sauce and 5cups of water
Let it boil for 10 mins..
Add the elbow macaroni and simmer again for 5mins. Add the Aji Ginisa flavor mix, salt
and pepper to taste.. Add the evaporated milk and simmer until cooked.. and its done this dish is delicious, favorite ng family ko.
