Calcium-Rich Baked Potato with Aji-Ginisa

Ingredients
4 pcs potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 pack all-purpose cream
1 can evaporated milk
2 tbps butter
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Aji-Ginisa Flavor Seasoning Mix
1 pack all-purpose cream
1 bar cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
Directions
1. Make a mixture of all-purpose cream, evaporated milk, butter and sprinkle with ground black pepper and Aji-Ginisa.
2. Arrange in a baking dish, 1st a layer of potato slices at the bottom, 2nd spread the mixture. Repeat layering 2 times.
3. Spread all-purpose cream on top of final layer.
4. Top with slices of cheddar cheese
5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and enjoy!

Note: Aji-Ginisa is a must in this dish, without it nakakaumay!
