Laing with Aji Ginisa rap

Coconut milk 3cups
Gabi leaves 1pack in the supermarket or
10 leaves
Onion,garlic ginger cut into small pcs
Tinapa fish 3pcs
Fish sauce or patis 1tbsp.
Aji Ginisa sachet
Siling green
Saute garlic, onion and ginger on the pan
Add the tinapa fish and fry. Put the coonut
milk and simmer for about 5minutes. Add salt fish sauce and Aji Ginisa ,add the gabi leaves and bring to boil for 5mins when done
Add siling green and pepper.Simmer for 3minutes and done
