Creamy Pininyahang Manok

Ingredients :
1/2 Chicken
Patis to taste
2tbsp Cooking Oil
Pineapple Chop
Pineapple juice
1 Diced Onion
Minced Garlic
Carrots Chop
Bell pepper Chop
1/2 cup fresh Milk
1. In a bowl combine chicken pieces and half of the juice from the canned pineapple chunks. Marinate chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes in the pineapple juice.
2. Drain marinated chicken pieces well. In a pan over high heat, place chicken pieces skin side down in the pan to sear. Sear on both sides. Set aside
3. In the same pan, place cooking oil and saute? onion and garlic. Add pineapple, Carrots and the remaining half of the pineapple juice. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Pour in Fresh Milk, add patis and season with Ajinomoto to taste...
5. Lastly add in bell peppers Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
And tadah ready to serve... ❤️
