AJI TOFU with Mixed Veggies

Happy and proud to share my 'AJI TOFU with Mixed Veggies' dish.

- 1 pack (11g) of AJI-NO-MOTO Umami Seasoning
- 1 pack (7g) of AJI GINISA Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil (for sauteing)
- 2 cups of olive oil (for frying tofu)
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 pcs. medium-sized white onions, chopped
- 5 pcs. of tofu, cut into cubes
- 1 cup of mixed carrots, corn, and green peas
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 1 cup of chopped broccoli
- 60 ml. of water
Frying the tofu
1. Heat the 2 cups of olive oil in a pan.
2. Seasoned the tofu with AJI-NO-MOTO and AJI GINISA.
3. Deep-fry the tofu until crispy and golden brown.
4. Drain the excess oil then set-aside.

Sauteing the veggies
1. Heat the 2 tbsp. of olive oil in a pan.
2. Saute the onions and garlic.
3. Put the carrots, corn, and green peas.
4. Then put the mushrooms. Mix.
5. Seasoned it with AJI Ginisa.
6. Put the broccoli and seasoned it with AJI-NO-MOTO.
7. Put the water and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
8. Add the tofu and mix all together.
8. Add AJI GINISA and AJI-NO-MOTO to taste.

Plate, serve hot, and ENJOY!

Cook Time: 10 - 15 minutes
Assembly Time: 2 minutes
Servings: 2-4 servings
