Pork
Kangkong leaves
String beans
Tamarind fruits
Siling green
Eggplant
Tomatoes
Onions
AJi-No-MOTO
Salt and Pepper
Oil
Garlic
Directions
Procedure:
Put some oil in the casserole, then saute onions,garlic,tomatoes and tamarind fruits, wait till the onion,garlic and tomatoes became golden brown,next put the pork in the casserole wait after 20 mins. or until the meat is tender. After 20 mins. put 1.5 liters of water then wait until the water boils and then put all the vegetables and add some salt,pepper and AJI-NO-MOTO and after 5 mins. taste it then if you think it's ok then it's ready to eat and serve. ENJOY!!!
