Ginisang Monggo

Ingredients
Monggo beans
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Pepper
Tomatoes
Salt
Soy Sauce
Water
Malunggay
Aji Ginisa or Ajinomoto Umami Seasoning Mix
Directions
1.Wash first the mongo seeds . Removed all the unwanted floating particles on top of it .
2. Soak the mongo seeds minimum 1 hour to easily cooked.
3.Saute onion , garlic and garlic .Add a small amount of Aji Ginisa for a deliciously taste
4. Add tomatoes and Soy sauce.
5. Add the mongo beans and cup/s of water
6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper
7. Wait until it boils , Then add malunggay leaves
8. Wait for a few minutes until it cooked.
9. Ready to serve
