Ingredients
Squash
Malunggay leaves (optional)
Eggs
Onion
Garlic
Flour
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Pepper
Salt
AJI GINISA or AJINOMOTO UMAMI SEASONING
Directions
Peel the squash and Grate it . After put it in a big bowl to mix all the ingredients . Add the chopped onion and garlic , malunggay leaves (optional) and flour . Add eggs , a little amount of soy sauce and vinegar . And then mix it .. To add taste put a pinch of pepper and salt . For a superdelicious taste .. Add AJI GINISA or AJINOMOTO UMAMI SEASONING. Then mix it until all ingredients combined . After , wrap it with aluminum foil . Then simmer it for a few minutes . READY TO SERVE , HAPPY EATING .
