Kikiam Sardines

Ingredients
AJI-NO-MOTO ® UMAMI SEASONING
1 can Sardines
3 cup All purpose flour
1/3 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 gloves garlic (minced)
1 medium onion (minced)
1/2 tbsp.baking powder

For SAUCE:
1& 1/2 cup of water
2 tbsp All purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup brown sugar
5 tbsp soy sauce
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
1 tsp. Vinegar
3 gloves garlic( minced)
1 medium onion (minced)
Cooking oil
Directions
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Remove sardines from the can, remove the bones ( optional) and grind.
3. Mixed in the sardines all the wet ingredients ( eggs,water together with the onion, garlic, pepper, Aji-No-moto ® Umami Seasoning, salt ). Next dry ingredients flour and baking soda.
4. Put the wet ingredients to dry ingredients then Mixed liked a dough . Set a side for 30 minutes.
5. While waiting prepare the sauce . Just mix all the ingredients above and cook just continue stirring while cooking . When it's sticky it's cook.
6 . Time to prepare kikiam then fry . Cook Done. Ready to serve. Enjoy.
