Special fried rice

1. One cup of cooked rice.
2. 5 cloves garlic minced.
3. One teaspoon of Ajinomoto umami seasoning.
4. One egg beaten.
5. One teaspoon of salt.
6. Two tablespoons of cooking oil.
7. 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2. Add the garlic.
3. Add the cooked rice.
4. Add the beaten egg.
5. Add the ajinomoto umami seasoning.
6. Add the salt.
7. Add the black pepper.
8. Mix well all ingredients until fully cooked.
9. Serve while hot with a hot cup of coffee and enjoy.
