Ginisang mikiki with vegetables and ajinomoto

One cup of chopped cabbage, one medium onion finely chopped, one small carrots finely chopped, one cup of water, two tablespoons of cooking oil, five cloves garlic minced, one pack of mikki,1/4 teaspoon of ajinomoto umami seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of salt. One cup of chopped beans.
1. Heat the oil in a large pan.
2. Sauté garlic and onion.
3. Add the beans, Carrots and cabbage.
4. Add the mikki.
5. Add the water
6. Mix well all ingredients until fully cooked .
7. Add the Ajinomoto umami seasoning and salt. Serve while hot with a hot cup of cooked rice and pritong isda.
