Adobong Kangkong

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 cloves Garlic
1 pc Onion
100 g Shrimp
3 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tbsp crushed Pepper
0.5 cup Water
1 sachet AJI-NO-MOTO Umami Seasoning
1 kg Kangkong
1. Sauté garlic, onion and ground shrimp in oil.
2. Add vinegar and cook for 2 minutes. Pour water and add AJI-NO-MOTO Umami Seasoning and crushed pepper. Bring to a simmer.
3. Stir in kangkong and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
