Ingredients
Baguio Beans Ala Bicol Express Recipe

Ingredients:
-1 pack Baguio Beans
-1/2 kg ground pork
-3-5 cups coconut milk
-2 pcs siling haba (finger chilies), sliced into pieces
-1 siling labuyo (red chili), cut into pieces
-1 medium size onion, chopped
-5 cloves garlic, minced
-5 tbsp sautéed shrimp paste (bagoong)
-1 tbsp sugar, optional
-Ground black pepper
-Cooking oil
-AJINOMOTO GINISA MIX or AJINOMOTO UMAMI SEASONING
Directions
Procedure:
1. Saute onion and garlic, until soft and fragrant.
2. Add bagoong (sautéed shrimp paste), siling labuyo (red chili) and siling haba (finger chilies) and the Baguio Beans
Stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add ground pork, stir until color turns medium brown.
4. Add coconut milk. Then season with ground black pepper and bagoong if needed.
6. ADD a pinch of Ajinomoto umami seasoning or the Ginisa mix, or taktak it.
5. Simmer until pork and beans is tender and the sauce thickens.

Ready to serve with Hot Rice and Lemon or Orange Juice!
