Ingredients
AJI GINISA MIX
eggplant
Egg
Onion
Garlic
Tomato
Pepper
Salt
Oil
Directions
- wash the vegetables carefully.
- toast the eggplant. Peel then set aside
- cut the onion,garlic and tomato into a small cubes size.
- scramble the eggs,then put the onion,garlic and tomatoes in it. Put now the AJI GINISA MIX,salt and pepper. Mix it well. After mixing deep now the eggplant.
- in a pan, put oil then fry the eggplant.
- if it is cooked. Serve it with rice.😋😍
