Eggplant fingers

Ingredients
AJINOMOTO® GINISA FLAVOR SEASONING MIX
3 pcs eggplant
2 eggs
1cup cornstarch
1cup breadcrumbs
pinch of Pepper
Cooking oil
Directions
1. Prepare the eggplants( optional if you want to peel the eggplant or not) then slice like a fries.
2. Prepare separately in a bowl the cornstarch, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Next put the seasoning ( AJI- GINISA FLAVOR SEASONING MIX ) in the cornstarch and eggs also add a pinch of pepper then Mix.
3. For dipping:
First a Piece of eggplant dip in the cornstarch next to egg back to cornstarch back to egg and dip to breadcrumbs. Continuous until all done.
4. For frying make sure the oil heat in a high temp for more crispiness. Cook until brown .
5. Done ready to serve.
