Adobong sitaw w/ Pork liver

Ingredients
AJI-NO-MOTO ® UMAMI SEASONING
AJI-GINISA
1/2KILO SITAW (STRING BEANS)
1/2KILO PORK LIVER
1 ONIONS
2 GLOVES OF GARLIC
GINGER
PINCH OF PEPPER
2PCS TOMATOES
LAUREL LEAVES
SILING LABUYO
COOKING OIL
Directions
1. Prepare the String beans (sitaw) and Cut the pork liver into small sizes depends on you.
2. Saute the garlic in a cooking oil , next the onions, ginger, and tomatoes .Add the soy sauce. Smell so good.
3. Put the pork liver wait until slightly cook. Add the String beans .
4. Add the remaining ingredients ( pepper, laurel leaves, siling Labuyo and Aji-No-moto ® Umami Seasoning or AJI-GINISA). Wait to cook.
5. Done ready to serve.

P.S
You can add small amount of water if you don't want really dry. And a vinegar if you want a little sour taste in your adobong sitaw.
