Fresh Bagoong Alamang fritters

Ingredients
1 cup Fresh Bagoong Alamang (unsalted)
1 1/2 cup Flour
2 regular egg
1tsp soysauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 gloves garlic
1 onion
Pinch of salt to taste
Pinch of pepper
Spring onions
Cooking oil
Small amount of water @
1pack of Aji- Ginisa Mix

Optional: for Additional Nutrition

Small slice carrots 🥕
Malunggay leaves or
any green leafy vegetables ( just add small amount)
Directions
1. Preheat first the pan with cooking oil ( advance preparation for frying).
2. Wash the Fresh Bagoong Alamang (unsalted) in a strainer.
2. Prepare the garlic,onion. (Small slice)
3. Mix all the ingredients flour , Fresh Bagoong Alamang (unsalted) , onion, garlic , eggs,soysauce, vinegar, pepper, salt to taste, spring onions and Aji- Ginisa Mix ( just add a small amount of water to make it fluffy)
4. Ready to fry cook until golden brown.
