Ginisang Sayote with pork giniling

1/4 ground pork
2 medium size Sayote cut into cubes
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups of water
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil for sauteing
1 pack of aji ginisa flavor seasoning mix
Heat the pan and add the cooking oil
Saute garlic and onion
Add the ground pork and cook until the meat turns light brown
Add the Sayote mix with the ground pork
Add pepper and cook for 3 minutes
Add the water, salt and aji ginisa seasoning mix and simmer for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy
