Ingredients
Pesa sa Bangus
Ajinomoto seasoning
Boneless Bangus
Ginger
Paminta
Potato
Pechay
Repolyo

Miso:
Garlic Onion Tomatoes
Directions
Boil water with crushed ginger and buo paminta….add potatoes and make it soft,
Then add the boneless bangus until kumulo
Taktakan ng Ajinomooto hanggang maayos ang lasa
Add the pechay and cabbage, simmer

Miso:
1. Igisa ang bawang, onion, until light brown, add the tomatoes….simmer
2. Then add the miso, taktak ng ajinomoto hanggang maayos ang lasa
