Ingredients
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
Aji-Ginisa
Hiwas fish
Tomatoes
Sampaloc
Water
Directions
1. Boil tamarind in water
2. Slice tomatoes and add to broth
3. Add in fish and bring broth to a simmer
4. Tak-tak-tak Ajinomoto and Aji-Ginisa hanggang ayos sa panlasa
5. Serve and enjoy! :)
